This page explains how the PADEL PARTY site works and what happens after you send a request. By using the site you agree to these terms.

A request is not a booking

The form sends us a request. It does not reserve courts, a date or a time. After receiving it we contact you, clarify the details and send an offer. An event counts as booked only after written confirmation from both sides.

Venues

Events take place at partner courts: Padel Art (Peterburi tee 65, Tallinn) and Padel Art Oru Park (Oru tn 4, Maardu). Each venue has its own house and safety rules; participants must follow them.

Payment and cancellation

Price, payment terms and cancellation conditions are agreed individually and fixed in the event confirmation. Unless stated otherwise there, cancellation less than 48 hours before the start may be non-refundable.

Liability

Participants play at their own risk and are responsible for their health and equipment. We are not liable for injuries caused by breaking venue rules or for unattended belongings.

Site content

Texts, photos and design belong to PADEL PARTY or are used with permission. Copying without consent is not allowed.
